- Add GPL-3.0-or-later LICENSE and set license/repo metadata in pyproject - Add scripts/generate_coverage_badge.py producing shields.io endpoint JSON - Add CI/license/python/TAK-server/API-coverage badge row to README - Correct API-surface table against live spec (mission 103/109, groups 4/6, subscription-api added)
