仓库迁入组织后，应用/SDK 发布身份及默认市场改为 semicoder-dev；更新源切换组织 Pages，并用独立 updates-site 数据分支初始化，保留旧 gh-pages/Release 原样。应用准备 0.4.3/build 7，SDK 0.3.2，旧版使用完整 DMG 更新。
校验保留签名、固定来源、不可变 build 和防降级；API 失败不作为空历史，拒绝旧更新域名及下载入口。
验证：framework check（77 CLI、48 Swift）、98 应用测试、build、SDK 归档独立消费、框架仓库外导出/归档/应用消费、release:check、actionlint 通过。正式 OIDC、签名 DMG、组织 Pages 与线上消费在合并后依次验收。
