trigscript-4 is the branch for all of TrigScript 4, across plugin-trigscript, scm-sim, plugin-scm-sim and plugin-eudplib. Each slice lands on it, and it merges into main when v4 is complete. This PR stays a draft until then. So far it holds slices A0–A2:

scripts/build-map.mts writes the whole build log to the file named by EUDPLIB_LOG_FILE when that is set.

A long log piped to stdout was cut short: process.exit returns before a pipe drains, and spawnSync's default buffer is 1 MB. TrigScript's fixture builds print the trigger map and the variable map into the log (megabytes for a big script), so they read it from the file instead.

This affects the Node script only, not the plugin. It can be merged and released at any time.

The script exits as soon as the map is written, and what is still on its
way down a pipe is lost; a log of megabytes (TrigScript's map of triggers)
came out cut short. EUDPLIB_LOG_FILE=<path> writes it to a file instead.
