Seeking to 0:00 (and sometimes a click on the timeline) while paused showed "Going to …" forever until another click.

Cause is on the play page (jeany55/scm-sim, branch seek-to-moment): a seek that takes no game step (to 0:00, to a kept moment, or to the frame the game already stands at) posted an old snapshot, and paused nothing came after it. Reproduced headless with the real engine: paused at 3000, seek 0 → the page stayed on 2801.

Here: a seek the viewer says is over but that never showed a frame near its target settles at the frame shown after 2.5 s, so an older play page can't hang Aftermath.

A seek the viewer says is over but that never showed a frame near where it went is
settled at the frame shown after 2.5 s. The play page showed an old frame for a seek that
took no step (to 0:00, to a kept moment, or to where the game already stood); paused,
nothing came after it, and Aftermath said "Going to 0:00…" until another click. The play
page is fixed too (scm-sim seek-to-moment); this keeps an older page from hanging.
