Keep every agent SKILL and contract in notebook-skills/ - #45

The prose the notebook and MCP agents read verbatim — the system prompt, the always-on authoring rules and the practice contract — was split between notebook-skills/ and .ts string literals. It now lives in notebook-skills/ as markdown, read through readAgentProse, with a practice-scenes skill so the contract is discoverable. Also collapses the per-suite integration-test env vars into a single INT_TEST_DATABASE_URL and lets int-test.sh discover suites by path.
