Sanuj Krishnan

Ex-Amazon/AWS. Bangalore. I build AI-native organization / Work Engineering systems.

Thesis: AI-native orgs need a spec layer between enterprise intent and execution. Work Engineering is that layer — it makes work checkable and allocatable. It is not an execution engine. Humans, agents, RPA, and BPO consume the spec.

Three proofs

  1. Work Engineering (live) — working spec-layer demo, not a runtime. Live · Repo
  2. Workforce Scenario Engine — CHRO demo: Monte Carlo / what-if workforce planning. Repo
  3. Architecture studies — public-signal reconstructions (corrections welcome):
    • Atlan
    • Ontora — GitHub name is -ontora-architecture-study (leading hyphen)
