…rios, revert Applications refactor - ui_environment: remove TESTS_CHROME_DEBUGGER_ADDRESS (attach to a running Chromium); keep TESTS_CHROME_BINARY, the keychain flags and the macOS check for the installed Google Chrome - remove scenarios that repeat other coverage: client 404 (DRF default), edit/delete from search (same flow as the card), three API bank scenarios (covered by api/tests/test_bank.py) - bank steps live in ui_steps/bank.py, api_steps/bank.py and common_steps/bank.py are gone - flows.py imports the step modules through one helper instead of repeated use_step_matcher - navigation step fails on the first section without the expected heading - Applications.tsx back to the master version (refactor without a behavior change) - tests/README and .env.template follow Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
