• spiral/code-style bumped to ^2.3.1; .php-cs-fixer.dist.php aligned with the shared Spiral config: cache in runtime/, allowRisky(false) (was true), bin/rr and src still included.
• cs-fix.yml aligned with the shared workflow: runs on PHP 8.4.
• cs:diff script no longer forces --show-progress dots.
