Last PR of the v0.21 stack (#411 → #418 → this). Documentation only: the v0.21 ledger now records the stacked PRs,
the integration verification on the stack head, CI flakes seen, benchmark results and what remains before a release.
verify:releaseon all eight slices: 3,118 tests, 3,115 pass, 2 skipped, 1 known-flaky failure outside v0.21'schanges (passes alone).
bench:smokepasses every budget; no consistent transcript regression against adevbaseline.issues. No tag, release, Homebrew or website change is made here.
