Release Transcripted 1.1.67: version, appcast and cask

Before: v1.1.67 is published on GitHub, but the update feed and cask still point at 1.1.66.

After: merging puts 1.1.67 at the top of docs/appcast.xml, so installed apps get the update and the cask installs 1.1.67. Same shape as #1863.
