The route was written before the package move and its lazy import was not converted, so it 500'd in production. Adds a route-level test. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The live-scores offer block joined sports_teams as strings; a profile with dicts there raised in _build_system, failing every reply and the morning text for that user. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
home._fetch_prices falls back to the broad market only when nothing in the user's topics resolved to a symbol (and they have not hidden Markets); the morning text now requires a MARKETS bullet whenever there is a price row. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

- _local_candidates: no longer trusted_only (St. Louis returned nothing, so every row was a concert); three queries (food, festivals by month, family), deduped, 700-char blurbs so the curator can lift events out of weekend roundups - Ticketmaster: add the Miscellaneous segment (fairs, festivals, family) - curation: topic tag per row, at most two of a topic, extract events from roundups; pool 10, events ahead of press in the prompt - _spread: one of each topic before a second, so a clumped pool is varied Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
…re dates on press events Live St. Louis check: the pool now holds music, festival, comedy and a new restaurant instead of concerts only; an already-ended festival is dated and drops out on read. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Phase 1 of the Nearby rework. St. Louis returned only concerts: the local-press half was trusted_only and empty, Ticketmaster excluded fairs/family, one shared prompt clipped the press, and one mixed curation call picked all concerts. Fixes: untrusted press at a 0.60 floor over four queries on a 21-day window, Miscellaneous segment, per-family prompt budgets, separate event/press curation calls, topic tags with a code-enforced cap and a read-time spread, dates required on press-sourced events. Cost: Tavily 2->4 searches per metro-week, Haiku 1->2 per metro-day. Based on #18 (includes the markets fallback and the two live hotfixes). Not deployed. Phase 2 (per-user preference ranking) not built. 🤖 Generated with Claude Code
