This is my website where I display info about myself, including links to my projects, socials, and blog! It's is also meant as a fun way for me to express myself while playing around with web development.
This was made in SvelteKit, and is a continuation of my old personal website, which was written in plain HTML+CSS+JS.
See the site here!
- Custom pixel art icons created with Aseprite
- Fish background created with HTML canvas
- Silly walking idiots on the home page that you can drag around. Also created with HTML canvas
- The font is Nintendo DS BIOS
- The window style was inspired by Needy Streamer Overload
- This website's design was inspired by the retro style of Neocities and Nekoweb websites. I wanted to emulate the charm of the old web while still keeping my site's content clear and easy to navigate.
- This site is fully responsive for mobile displays!
- I also spent 2 hours animating this 88x31 button
This project was assisted by Zed editor's and Github Copilot's predictions.
Github Copilot was used to generate the code for:
- parsing blog RSS feed to a JS object
- efficiently importing all images from a folder into a js object
Claude was also used to help with:
- writing the code for the rainbow text
- converting the html canvases from the old website into svelte components
