Test blochsim[cu12] on Python 3.14 fails on #47 with CudaBuildMismatch: torch is built for CUDA 13.2, and the CUDA build installed is blochsim-cuda12. The job installed torch with the cu126 index plus PyPI as an extra index. torch 2.15.0 has no CUDA 12 build (the newest on cu126 is 2.14.1), so pip took PyPI's newer 2.15.0, which is built for CUDA 13.2. On Python 3.10 the job still passes because 2.15 has no cp310 wheel.

The job now installs torch from the CUDA index on its own, and the blochsim wheels afterwards. pip keeps the torch that is already installed, so blochsim-cuda12 is tested against a CUDA 12 torch.
