The dependency check in scripts/build_docs.sh did import importlib and then called importlib.util.find_spec. The util submodule is only reachable when something else has already imported it, which the CI runner's Python no longer does. The docs job (HTML) fails with AttributeError: module 'importlib' has no attribute 'util' (see #47). This change imports importlib.util directly.
