A peer now declares preferred, accepted and refused colours before arguing and voting. Generated votes are restricted to its newest stance’s preferred and accepted colours, while replicated votes remain independent of stance arrival order.

Adds bounded, cited schema-3 stance records, deterministic newest-stance selection, per-colour stance bands for live voters, and regression coverage for the fetch → stance → argue → vote sequence and same-day reuse.

BKLG-20261101-1mmy; implements ADR-0272 §3 on ADR-0271’s first-vote gate.

Validation on approved commit daea0661518051d76d5364df8119249efefc3342, tree b69a2fc4972fda12ccdee6c438bae02fa53ff875:

  • Full plumage gate: formatting, warnings-denied clippy and rustdoc, and 195 Rust tests.
  • Payload/calendar scripts compile and all 15 Python tests pass.
  • Release binary build and smoke run pass; heavy commands used host slots.

Native AArch64 validation remains with required CI.

BKLG-20261101-1mmy implements ADR-0272 section 3 on ADR-0271's first-vote gate. Add bounded, cited schema-3 stance records, deterministic newest stances, live-voter stance bands, and grammar plus Rust validation that restrict generated votes to prefer and accept. Keep replication of votes independent of stance arrival order.

Update offline fakes and regression tests for fetch, stance, argue, vote and same-day reuse. Validated tree b69a2fc: full plumage gate (195 Rust tests, fmt, warnings-denied clippy and rustdoc), payload/calendar checks (15 tests), release build and binary smoke. Heavy commands used host slots.
