Add guidance note to /es/lecciones/analisis-voyant-tools + /en/lessons/corpus-analysis-voyant-tools

I'm preparing a guidance note to warn readers that Voyant Tools is temporarily unavailable. This problem impacts:

• /en/lessons/corpus-analysis-voyant-tools
• /es/lecciones/analisis-voyant-tools

There's a temporary problem with the Voyant Tools server so I am preparing a note to warn readers of Análisis de corpus con Voyant Tools and its translation Corpus Analysis with Voyant Tools.

EN:
Voyant Tools is temporarily unavailable while a planned server transfer is completed. In the meantime, two web-based mirror services are available via the Voyant Tools website. We have contacted the developer for an update on the transfer and expected restoration of the main service. [September 2026]

@anisa-hawes looks good to me. I just noticed this problem yesterday when trying to show some students Voyant, and was disappointed to see it was down. One of the two server links did not work for me, but the other worked fine, albeit a little slow.

Users can also always download the program and use it locally as an alternative

As the lesson specifically provides guidance for readers working with the web-based instance of Voyant, I think adding the warning note is our best action for now.
