third column of the obc.dat should be 1 instead of 0

Describe the bug
when writing the obc.dat, it writes all 0, but it should be all 1

Additional context
propose change:
pyfvcom2/grid.py - Change the default value:

From: self._type: int = 0
To: self._type: int = 1

@mazpml Just looking at this, I don't see self._type in pyfvom2/grid.py. Could you explain a bit more?
