fix: add blockedBalance, automaticallyInvestedBalance and closingBalance to AccountBalance - #114

GET /accounts/{id}/balance returns these amounts for Open Finance accounts;
Gson dropped them because the DTO did not declare them. Null when the
institution does not report them. Bumps the version to 1.16.1 so the release
flow publishes it.

AccountBalance: newblockedBalance,automaticallyInvestedBalanceandclosingBalance(Double, null when the institution does not report them). The API returns them onGET /accounts/{id}/balancefor Open Finance accounts; Gson dropped them because the DTO did not declare them. Field names match the JSON keys byte for byte, as the repo requires.TransactionsV2Test.getAccountBalance_parsesBalanceextended, plus a test for the response without the optional amounts.pom.xml: 1.16.0 → 1.16.1 (the release flow publishes only on a version change).Backwards compatible: additive fields only.
