chore(deps): update dev dependencies to fix audit findings - #46

npm audit fix (rollup 4.65, @babel/core 7.29, transitive fixes) and npm-watch 0.11 -> 0.13 (nodemon 3) to clear the semver advisory. Full audit: 17 -> 0. Production audit unchanged at 0. Published output: only the inlined Babel _extends helper changes (new helper text from @babel/helpers >= 7.26.10, the minimum fixed version); behavior is equivalent.
