Every upstream action used in this repo moves to its current latest major. This also clears the Node 20 deprecation warning, since the latest majors all ship a node24 runtime, but the scope is upstream currency generally rather than the runtime alone. astral-sh/setup-uv is pinned to an exact version because it publishes no floating major tag past v7.
