Self-installer gets confused if TextEdit is installed to D drive

When run, claims that "no previous install found" and restarts the installation. This may have nothing to do with the D drive, but rather be something related to registry access?

It has something to do with where it's installed; reinstalled to C: and didn't have that problem.
