Set PHP 8.4 minimum and add activity logging #15

Scope

• Raise the package minimum PHP requirement to 8.4.
• Update Composer platform configuration and GitHub Actions PHP version.
• Integrate panelis-php/activity to log relevant create, update, delete, restore, and other module-specific changes.
• Do not record sensitive values, credentials, tokens, or secrets.
• Respect the activity logging toggle provided by panelis-php/setting when it is available.
• Add English and Indonesian translations for activity descriptions.
• Add coverage for logged activity and disabled logging behavior where applicable.
