Summary

  • Implements the Analytics view from the Claude Design handoff (design_handoff_analytics/): stat strip, growth chart, top tags, composition, connection health, and most-connected memories. Ported the math 1:1, adapted colors/fonts to the app's existing --hm-* design system, and extended the 2-layer (personal/workspace) split bars to 3 (personal/workspace/org) to match the real data model.
  • Reorders the sidebar nav to graph, memories, analytics, feedback, settings, and makes Graph the default view on load.
  • Finishes the hivemind → mynd rename: remaining plain-branding references (test fixtures, docs, UI copy, e2e config) renamed case-preserving. Legacy-compat surface (LEGACY_KEY, LEGACY_UNITS, LEGACY_LAUNCH_AGENT_LABELS, LEGACY_GLOBAL_CLAUDE_MARKER, PROJECT_CONFIG_NAMES' .hivemind.toml fallback, dir_migrate.rs) deliberately left untouched — it exists specifically to detect/migrate pre-rename installs. hive/discovery.rs's mDNS service type had no legacy pair, so it moved to _mynd._tcp.local. outright (breaking peer-discovery with any not-yet-upgraded instance). Also fixes dashboard/playwright.config.js, which was pointing e2e runs at a --bin hivemind that hasn't existed since the binary rename.

Test plan

  • cargo build — pass
  • cargo test — 794 passed (779 lib + 15 integration), 0 failed
  • cd dashboard && npm run build — pass
  • Manual check of the Analytics view in light/dark mode against the design screenshots

Replaces the placeholder Analytics view with the full design_handoff_analytics
build: stat strip, growth chart, top tags, composition, connection health,
and most-connected memories. Ported the math from the handoff's useAnalytics.ts
1:1, adapted to this app's real field names and design tokens (--hm-*, IBM
Plex), and extended every 2-segment layer split to 3 (personal/workspace/org)
to match the actual data model. Edge origin (manual/inferred/auto) is derived
from link_text/reason since edges have no explicit origin field.

Reorders the sidebar nav to graph, memories, analytics, feedback, settings,
and makes Graph the default view on first load.

Sweeps the remaining plain-branding "hivemind" references (test fixture
tags, doc examples, UI copy, e2e config) over to "mynd", case-preserving.
Deliberately leaves the legacy-compat surface untouched everywhere it
exists specifically to detect or migrate pre-rename installs: LEGACY_KEY,
LEGACY_UNITS, LEGACY_LAUNCH_AGENT_LABELS, LEGACY_GLOBAL_CLAUDE_MARKER,
PROJECT_CONFIG_NAMES' .hivemind.toml fallback, and dir_migrate.rs in full
- renaming those would delete the migration behavior and falsify the tests
that assert it.

hive/discovery.rs and hive/network_guard.rs's mDNS service type had no
current/legacy pair, so it moves to _mynd._tcp.local. outright - this
device won't discover, or be discovered by, peers still on the old build
until they upgrade too.

dashboard/playwright.config.js was pointing e2e runs at a `--bin hivemind`
that hasn't existed since the binary rename to `mynd`; fixed alongside.

TODO.md, docs/superpowers/**, and the 2026-09-18 audit doc are left alone
- they're historical records of the rename decision itself and the
audit's findings, not stale branding.
