Closes #49.

Problem

The last step of every install told users to run /agents to confirm that advisor, executor and verifier were picked up. Current Claude Code (seen in v2.1.316) marks /agents as "(removed): Ask Claude to create/manage subagents, or edit .claude/agents/". This came up during a real rev 5 → rev 9 upgrade today.

Change

  • SKILL.md step 5 (Report back): after agent files are written or refreshed, the installer now tells the user to start a new session and ask Claude to list their user-level (or project-level) subagents. It is also told not to suggest /agents.
  • README.md Install section: the same instruction, with a note that /agents was removed.
  • Version 3.6.1: plugin.json, SKILL metadata, the README Versions table, and a CHANGELOG entry that says the policy is unchanged and there is nothing to re-run. A new version is needed because the plugin update is how users get the corrected installer text.

Step 5 is outside the policy block, so policy-rev stays 9 and the block stays at 734 words.

Verification

  • The replacement check works: on the upgraded Mac, "list my user-level subagents" listed all three agents with their models and tools.
  • python3 tools/validate.py: all 9 categories OK.
  • The word-budget step, run under CI's UTF-8 locale: 734 of 735.
  • tools/: 63 tests pass. measured/: OK.
  • The only remaining mention of `/agents` is the new line telling the installer not to suggest it.

After merge

Publish 3.6.1 (Actions → release, version 3.6.1, the merge commit).

Generated by Claude Code

The installer's final report (SKILL.md step 5) and the README told users
to run /agents to confirm advisor, executor and verifier. Current Claude
Code (seen in v2.1.316) marks /agents as removed. Both now say to start a
new session and ask Claude to list the user- or project-level subagents,
which worked in a real rev 5 -> rev 9 upgrade.

Step 5 is outside the policy block, so policy-rev stays 9. Version 3.6.1
so the plugin update delivers the corrected installer text.

Closes #49.
