Initialize FastAPI error capture and sampled traces, exclude request payloads and local variables, and tag container releases. Validation: locked dependencies installed, Python syntax passed, and a real error through the application reached Sentry.
Sentry organization:
opensensor-engineering. Production error alerts route to the OpenSensor Engineering team. This PR contains application/build changes; deployed telemetry and artifact uploads must be verified during rollout.
