The website and repository knowledge bundle previously shared publishing machinery and accumulated overlapping changes. The website now builds only
site/content/, with independent navigation, draft banners, checks, and production review requirements. Roottask site:...commands use the separate website tasks.The generated knowledge bundle is preserved temporarily in
archive/knowledge/. The activeknowledge/contains its index and change log, ready for fresh reconstruction after the remaining owner plan review. Source-document download/checksum tooling, consolidated planning, and preserved owner guidance are included in this branch. No new knowledge concepts or human review stamps are introduced.The diagram assets now include the complete Lucide and Feather license notices identified by Copilot. Vendored icons and embedded SVG copies retain the notices as nonvisual metadata; PNG exports produce accompanying license files. The two affected website SVGs have identical artwork.
Validation:
task checkandtask site:check.Merging runs bundle CI and the staging-build workflow. Staging deployment requires Cloudflare secrets; production is not deployed by the workflow. This PR brings the accumulated
bootstraphistory ontomain, preserving the separate website and graph-reset commits.
