Cut 1.45 and write what the store says about it

The Unreleased heading closes as 1.45, and all eleven listings get their
release notes.

The store copy

Four lines, written from the changelog and reviewed per locale:

- You can now edit your documents: bold, italic, underline, colours and text
  size, with undo, redo and save right in the bar
- Mark up a PDF with highlights, underlines, strike-throughs and freehand
  drawing, and save it back
- Presentations, Excel files and plain text files can be edited and saved as
  well
- Spreadsheet cells open with a single tap, very wide pages zoom out to fit,
  and the name of the open document is shown at the top

The English was written by hand and the other ten translated by
scripts/store-copy.py, which leaves an existing file alone and works from it.
scripts/store_listing.py --version 1.45 passes: all 11 locales present.

Left out of the store copy, as in 1.44: the engine version, and the advert
moving above the bar — nobody reads release notes for an ad slot. Also left out
is which tools are Pro's, since the same notes go to both listings.

Also

1.44 gets the date and the compare link it went out without. [Unreleased]
keeps pointing at v1.44...HEAD, and 1.45 gets its own link once the tag
exists.
