Step 1 of the openNTL Vite+ rollout, following the mzizi-dev pilot (owner approval 2026-10-03).

  • org-lint.yml gains a vite-plus job calling nyuchi/.github/.github/workflows/reusable-vite-plus.yml@main. It publishes vite-plus / fmt, vite-plus / check, vite-plus / test and vite-plus / build in every openNTL repo.
  • It runs with enforce: false. This workflow is required by the org ruleset's workflows rule, so any failing job would block the PR. Advisory mode reports findings as warnings plus a job summary, and the job stays green.
  • The five lint / contexts are unchanged.

Next: per-repo adoption PRs, then the ruleset change and enforce on. The order is in the MIGRATION section of the reusable workflow.

Adds a vite-plus job calling nyuchi/.github's reusable-vite-plus.yml,
publishing vite-plus / fmt, check, test and build in every openNTL repo. It
runs with enforce: false: this workflow is required, so a failing job
would block every PR before the repos have adopted the Vite+ contract.
