Adds .github/workflows/org-lint.yml, the org-required lint workflow.

The org ruleset org-wide-main-protection gains a "Require workflows to pass" rule naming this file, so GitHub runs it on every pull request (and merge-queue group) in every repo in the org. Its job is called lint and calls nyuchi/.github/.github/workflows/reusable-lint.yml@main, so it publishes the same five contexts the ruleset already requires (lint / actionlint, lint / JSON validity, lint / prettier, lint / markdownlint, lint / yamllint). Per-repo lint.yml callers then become redundant.

Proven first in mzizi-dev (mzizi-dev/.github org-lint.yml + ruleset rule; a test PR with the repo's own lint.yml deleted published all five contexts and passed).

This repo had only a README, so this also adds the org lint configs (.prettierrc, .prettierignore, .markdownlint.jsonc, .yamllint.yaml) copied from nyuchi/.github, so its own pull requests lint against the standard.
