feat(redirects): point campaign URLs at the home page and add short links (ENG-163)

Summary

• /cursos and the webfs group now go to /?origin=… instead of /about.
• /curso-web-fullstack-js joins the webfs group.
• New 307s: /guia-clean-code, /repo-graphql, /calendar, /agendamento, and /avisos.

Test plan

• pnpm test is green: no duplicate sources and no collision with live routes.
• e2e/redirects.spec.ts: /cursos returns 307 to /?origin=cursos in one hop.
• /webfs and /curso-web-fullstack-js return 307 to /?origin=webfs.
• /guia-clean-code, /repo-graphql, /calendar, /agendamento, and /avisos each return 307 to the destination in lib/redirects.ts.
