docs: release review fixes: the licence host per version, one legal date, the changelog cut to 0.1.0

Fixes the four findings from /code-review on the release PR #74.

1. Medium: llms.txt said the legal pages are dated 6 October 2026; they show 7 October (legal.updated). Now 7 October, and the doc comment's example too.
2. Low: the licence server's address read as if 0.8.2 already used it. Every place now says licenses.nyuchi.com from version 0.9.0, and that 0.8.2, on the store today, asks licences.nyuchi.dev, the same server (legal.ts data fact, privacy, data, security, llms.txt). The extension page's "two outside connections" fact now names both hosts, so a school allowlisting from it does not block the host its installed copy uses; its rollout note says which version asks .dev.
3. Low: the changelog's Unreleased section contradicted itself. The 0.8.2/0.8.4 bullet is marked superseded within the release, and the rollout bullet names both hosts. Entries added for docs: one account of 0.9.0 across the site #70, docs: 0.9.0's last changes: readable sizes, flag Markdown, a licence that follows your Chrome account, and the upgrade #72 and ci: a release to main is tagged as the next minor #73, which had none.
4. Low: the site's version numbers. The changelog is cut to ## 0.1.0 — 2026-10-07 (the tag main-version.yml will make), with a note that versions are now the git tags under the org policy and the 3.x numbers are retired; package.json's version is not the release version.

Verification: astro check 0 errors; npm test 97/97; CSP covers 5 inline scripts across 14 pages; format:check, vp fmt and markdownlint clean; rendered wording checked in the built pages.
