Release NetLab 0.5.0 with DC-BB summary and seed fixes and self-contained documentation. The experiment uses msd_baseline, records per-seed alpha_star values and their median, and preserves zero values. Generated DC-BB workflow steps inherit the scenario seed. The model prompt uses integer parameters, and the two-plane topology name matches its network.
Pin TopoGen to its 0.5.2 release commit and retain ngraph>=0.24.1,<0.25.0. The minor version reflects the changed workflow step and topology names.
Validation: full Python 3.11–3.13 CI matrix, wheel/sdist metadata, clean installed-wheel simulation/cache/metrics smoke and release asset checksums. National geographic generation and full research sweeps are outside this release check.
