DC-BB results lost
alpha_starbecause the workflow step name did not match the reader, dropped valid zero values, and kept the last seed instead of summarizing across seeds. Usemsd_baseline, preserve per-seed values and report their median. Generated DC-BB workflow steps now derive their seeds from the scenario, soautoresearch run --seedchanges sampling.Clarify the README, metric definitions, architecture, verification and experiment guides with self-contained examples. Correct the model prompt to use integer parameters, rename the two-plane topology to match its network, and remove unused blueprint data.
Validation: regression checks reproduced the defects before the fixes; full
make check-ci; real DC-BB simulation and summary/comparison checks; seed repeatability and changes through both generator entry points; documentation links and examples; independent cross-check and refinement by Claude Opus 5.5. Published changelog entries are unchanged. Full sweeps and Monte Carlo experiments were not rerun.
