Share metadata-driven candidate planning between folder and endpoint sources. Preserve legacy and escaped IDs, explain unsupported references, and verify lookup through the service in regression tests. Fixes #193
Share one hash multimap between insertion and lookup, reject duplicate identities before storage changes, and validate deserialized identities explicitly. Serialize unordered index records under protocol 5.1 and consume the simfil custom-container validation fix.

Copy byte-array payloads into the destination model instead of reusing source-pool addresses. This fixes ROAD_LOCATION_ID values becoming null or unrelated bytes in feature-restricted inspection responses (MAPV-545). Cover empty and populated destination pools, nested shared values, source lifetime, binary round-trips, and cached service response filtering. Full mapget build and all 179 CTest tests pass.
