Summary

  • Switch triage.yml and revision.yml to the publish-calls action of microsoft/playwright. The agent lists its GitHub writes as typed calls in calls.json, and one job checks and makes them. The publish job adds the "could not finish" comment and hides the run link.
  • A fix in microsoft/playwright is a pull-request call for that repo. The publish job checks out microsoft/playwright in playwright/ at the commit that the agent worked on, and the action opens the PR there.
  • Merge right after devops(bots): publish the agent's GitHub writes as typed calls playwright#43838: these workflows call its actions at @main.

The triage and revision workflows switch to the publish-calls action of
microsoft/playwright. The agent leaves what must happen on GitHub as
typed calls in calls.json, and one job checks and makes them with the
app token. A fix in microsoft/playwright is a pull-request call for that
repo: the publish job checks it out in playwright/ for it. It replaces
publish-patch and triage-comment.

Depends on: microsoft/playwright#43838
