On Linux, LocalFs reads and writes a buffer that is one contiguous part of raw bytes directly with one pread or pwrite, falling back to the bounce buffer for other buffers. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com> Copilot-Session: 4e8b6cad-28c2-46d9-aef5-95cf4a401fb7

This PR lets the userland broker on Linux read and write host files directly in the runner's shared memory. When a request's buffer is one contiguous run of raw bytes,
LocalFstransfers it with a singlepread/pwriteinstead of staging it through a bounce buffer. Fragmented buffers, buffers without raw memory, and other hosts keep the bounce buffer, since vectored I/O would split writes to files such as procfs entries.
