So far, it was never possible to acquire two channels sequentially with different cameras. The workaround was to acquire 2x both cameras sequentially and then dropping the two unwanted channels. Ideally it should be possible, though, to set up sequential imaging in a way to only image Camera 1 in the first and only Camera 2 in the second run. Needs to be discussed whether this can be provided within MM2.0
