Overview
Adds sandbox support to the Python SDK: generated Magnetar clients for machines (lifecycle, access tokens, usage), disks, images/builds, regions, and specs, exposed via new client.sandbox (and public exports) alongside chats / chat groups.

Also syncs other API changes: chat command respond, consumer provider reconnect, and a networking model rename—instance networks and firewall-bindings / generic enclaves endpoints are replaced by integration enclaves, integration firewall assignments, and integration internet gateway (including network logs). Firewall create/list no longer use network_id / inline bindings; listing can filter by sandbox machine_id. Several tool_filters request shapes pick up an additional allowed variant in generated types.

Datetime query params not serialized

timeline and summary put from_ and to datetime values into the query dict unchanged. The HTTP client stringifies them as 2026-10-16 08:25:00 instead of ISO-8601, so the required range is sent in the wrong format and usage requests fail or return an empty window. Similar log endpoints already take these bounds as strings.
