Safari on iOS only honors the autoplay attribute when the element also has the playsinline attribute, which the attribute description did not mention. Add a note pointing to Apple's documentation. Fixes mdn#44020

The page explains that videos with sound need
mutedto autoplay, but it does not mention that Safari on iOS also requiresplaysinline. Readers who follow the page get videos that do not autoplay on iPhone.Additional details
