Adds micropython-msgpackc to Libraries → Communications → Serialization, next to Peter Hinch's micropython-msgpack.
msgpackc is a MessagePack serializer written in C as a MicroPython user module. It has the API of Peter Hinch's umsgpack and produces the same bytes, so existing code (and umsgpack's extension modules) work unchanged. On an ESP32 it packs 80 to 120 times faster and unpacks 20 to 25 times faster. It is tested on the unix port and on ESP32 and ESP32-P4 boards. The releases include ready-made firmware for ESP32, S3, C3, C6 and P4.
One line, in the format of the contribution guidelines.
Use of generative AI: this PR, the line it adds, and the msgpackc project itself were made with an AI coding agent (Claude Code) working at my request.
