Adds coffee-edition-kit to Display > Printer.
The Pico W firmware polls a GitHub repository over HTTPS for print jobs, keeps time from GitHub's
Dateheader, finds the printer on the LAN and streams PDF, PWG raster or JPEG to it over IPP in 4 KB chunks, writing each job tostate.jsonas soon as the printer accepts it so nothing prints twice. Tested on a Pico 2 W with MicroPython 1.28. It is the printing end of a nightly newspaper; the firmware is inpico/and documented indocs/pico.md. MIT licensed.
