  • .github/workflows/security.yml: on: workflow_call port of gai's verified security.yml (Run the live model conformance test on a daily schedule instead of in merge-gating CI gai#348, #350). Same steps and the same issue-filing shell; go-version is the only input (default stable). No permissions block — a called workflow requesting more than the caller's effective grant fails validation on fork PRs, so it inherits instead and the README tells callers what to grant.
  • README.md: purpose, inputs, the complete caller file, and the rules a caller carries (triggers, permissions, concurrency, main-only issue steps, @main pinning, status-check rename on migration).
  • .github/workflows/ci.yml: actionlint over this repo's workflows.
  • .github/dependabot.yml: mirrors glue's convention.
  • Reviewed by two competing reviewers plus a codex second opinion; the only surviving finding (a comment stating a caller requirement as fact) is fixed.

`govulncheck` plus a deduplicated `govulncheck`-labelled issue on failure,
closed on the next green run, ported from maragudk/gai. Callers supply their
own triggers, concurrency, and permissions; the README carries the caller file.
Also adds the repository's own actionlint CI and Dependabot config.

…caller example

govulncheck always scans with the newest stable Go, so the input had no
consumer. actionlint is a third-party tool that does not belong in the
repository every caller trusts. The caller file now lives as a starter
workflow in maragudk/.github, which the README links to.

- `workflow-templates/security.yml`: the caller file for the reusable
`Security` workflow in maragudk/workflows (maragudk/workflows#2).
Triggers use `$default-branch`; declares the `concurrency` and
`contents: read` + `issues: write` permissions the reusable workflow
needs from its caller.
- `workflow-templates/security.properties.json`: shows the template
under Actions → New workflow for repositories with a `go.mod`, category
Go.
- Merge after maragudk/workflows#2 so the `uses:` target exists.
