Hey, I'm Kishore 👋

I'm a software engineer at HackerNoon, working across full-stack web development, backend APIs, and applied ML.

What I'm currently up to:

  • At HackerNoon: Building and maintaining features across the main web platform and backend services (Next.js, Node.js, internal APIs).
  • Fine-tuning & ML: Curating custom datasets and fine-tuning models — recently trained a ModernBERT classifier to automate story draft triage and catch spam/low-quality submissions before review.
  • Tooling & Side Projects: Building custom MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, experimenting with agent workflows, and hacking on systems projects (like writing a raw HTTP server from scratch).
  • Writing: Documenting what I learn on HackerNoon.
