What changed

• Expand saved runs in History, with their results and export controls in place, without replacing the current run.
• Add an About tab with links to the project and lm-detector; sandboxed pages can copy the addresses.
• Offer the local service URL if desktop navigation remains on the launcher, and document the Windows excluded-port check. This fallback addresses a stalled navigation after the page handshake; the reported handshake timeout still needs Windows logs or reproduction.
• Update the package to 0.2.3 and rebuild the bundled UI.

Validation

• bun run check in Fingerprint: 37 tests passed, typecheck and build passed.
• bun scripts/check.mjs at the community repository root.
• Browser smoke test of history, export, About, a scripts-only sandbox, and a 360px viewport.

Reference data remains opt-in on download or an uncached run, with lm.ikale.io and cdn.jsdmirror.com as the existing sources.
