I'm a San Francisco–based product leader with experience building consumer and B2B platforms across fintech, payments, SaaS, marketplaces, and platform products.
I've led products from 0→1 through scale at EverBright (NextEra Energy), Rivian, Houzz, and Jotform, with a focus on turning complex systems into simple user experiences.
I founded and built Mandarin Playgroup, a free community helping Bay Area families give their kids more opportunities to hear and speak Mandarin naturally through play.
The product includes:
- A production website deployed with Cloudflare Pages and GitHub CI/CD
- Automated community onboarding and communication workflows
- A calendar that aggregates relevant family, Mandarin-language, and Chinese cultural events from multiple sources
- Structured event data using Schema.org
- An llms.txt file and AI crawler configuration to make events discoverable by AI agents and publishers
- Automated event refresh and publishing pipelines
The community has grown to 100+ Bay Area families.
