After it is done you will be able to see it on the update or download section, if it isn't there it means it hasn't been released or created, in that case i would advise you to talk to the person working on the extension.

Have you tried adding it and seeing if it is there for downloading?
It is there in my app, i can search it in the plugin page, and see if it is there or not…
Make a screen recording of adding the repo removing the old one, then reopening the app, and search for it. If it doesn't appear you have to call devs
