Founder, Ghost Developer Studio — Oakdale, Tennessee
Ghost Developer Studio is an independent software studio in Oakdale, Tennessee. We build developer tools, AI-agent safety software, apps, and websites for local businesses — and we sell by showing working software, not slide decks.
The studio's roadmap board — every product, its status, and its next gate — lives in ghost-roadmaps.
| Project | What it is |
|---|---|
| Agent Seatbelt | Deterministic guardrails for AI coding agents (Claude Code plugin). Gates what your agent does before it does it — 272/272 on the open Seatbelt Bench, zero false positives. On PyPI as ghost-seatbelt — pip install ghost-seatbelt; v0.3.2. |
| GhostGuard | Record-first governance for AI agents: a gateway that classifies, decides, and records every agent act before it executes — fail-closed policy, approvals, and audit. The GhostGuard family adds an MCP adapter, budgets & kill-switch, a secrets broker, policy replay, pre-written policy packs, and more — start at the core repo. |
| Ghost Hands | Governed, recorded, replayable agent hands — our own zero-dependency CDP stack. On PyPI as ghost-hands 0.9.2 (pip install ghost-hands) — 443 tests, offline bench 95/95. Site |
| Ghost Hands Mobile | The phone edition: a goal-driven web agent that runs entirely on-device (Qwen2.5-1.5B through llama.cpp), with the same governor and trail discipline. v3.34.0, 2,376 host tests, CI green, exactly ten permissions. Site |
| GhostBus | Agent-to-agent message bus + shared workspace, exposed as an MCP server. Zero dependencies. |
| GhostSlice | Zero-dependency context tool for coding agents: scans a codebase and exports a sliced, token-budgeted context pack. On a reference tree it cut an estimated 129,555 tokens to 45,770. v1.0.6, 948 tests. |
| Ghost Bridge | An MCP bridge + self-hostable relay that lets AI agents in other tools hand tasks to your own agent, with scoped keys, approvals, and an audit trail. |
| GhostIDE | Fully offline AI code editor that lives on your phone: on-device LLM, a governed agent, a complete git client, and 29 bundled Ghost tools. The desktop edition lives in ghost-ide. v3.10.0. |
| Ghost Agent | A persistent, governed operator for the Ghost ecosystem: local-first, standard library only, record-before-execute, human approvals, kanban dashboard. Out on desktop and Android. |

|---|---|
| LoadMaster | Photograph a loaded trailer; LoadMaster checks it against the federal cargo securement rules (49 CFR 393) with SAM 3.1, a deterministic rules engine, and a Muse Spark report in plain words. Built for the Meta Global AI Developer Hackathon. Live app |
| GhostCut | The studio's video editor — a rebranded, client-side editor the studio uses for its product films and social cuts, with narration and templates. Studio work; no public repo. |
| Storefront | One-page websites + lead capture for trades businesses. Live demo |
| GhostChat | Live-chat & omnichannel inbox for small businesses — the studio's rebrand of Chatwoot (MIT), with upstream attribution intact. |
| Decksmith | Cyberdeck design & fabrication studio (deploy mirror — the app lives on the repo's deploy branches). |
Building in public: Agent Seatbelt v0.3.2 is live on PyPI, the GhostGuard family is public on GitHub, Ghost Hands Mobile is public with a green CI and a Pages site, GhostBus and Ghost Bridge connect agents across tools, Ghost Agent is out on desktop and Android, and LoadMaster, built for the Meta Global AI Developer Hackathon, is in judging Nov 4 to 8, 2026. The roadmap board shows where everything stands.
Four contributions to UseAgent, an open-source AI agent platform. All four accepted and merged into main:
- Show a routine's past runs from the Bots page — a History drawer for routines, labeled
hacktoberfest-acceptedand merged into main as 40763fab6. The maintainer: "clean change that reuses what was already there." - Render Mermaid diagrams in thread messages — merged. The maintainer: "nice work, and the lazy load keeps the page light."
- Add an "Ember" color theme — merged, labeled
hacktoberfest-accepted. The maintainer: "Merged, thanks. Ember looks great, and the contrast numbers you listed check out." - A fourth contribution, routine next-run times in plain words — merged Oct 21, 2026.

Most of my work ships from the studio, not the org chart — if it runs, there's a repo or a demo.
