Summary

Moves remaining user-facing hardcoded strings to Android string resources so they can be translated by existing and future localizations.

This includes strings used by:

  • onboarding and Privacy Policy
  • permissions
  • troubleshooting
  • hearing/head gesture UI
  • noise control and Quick Settings
  • notifications and widgets
  • accessibility descriptions
  • billing/support flows

Also replaces the forced Locale.US used for user-visible log dates with the device locale and adds plurals where required.

No translations are added in this PR, and no layout or visual changes are intended.

Testing

  • Android resources compile successfully with aapt2
  • Resource references, placeholders, and plurals were checked
  • git diff --check passes
  • fossDebug resource processing and Kotlin compilation passed during development
  • Full local Gradle build could not be completed because the local environment currently uses JDK 19 while the project requires Java 21
