The release-prep step from RELEASING.md § "How to cut a release", step 2, for v1.3.0: the two reusable workflows that call this repo's own composite action (claude-responder.yml, claude-review.yml) now pin render-claude-summary@v1.3.0 instead of @v1.2.2, so the workflows inside the v1.3.0 tag run the action from the same release; and the CHANGELOG's v1.3.0 entry (the new optional version_file input on site-deploy.yml, from #70) is dated. The tag is cut on this commit after merge; the three site callers bump from @v1.2.3 next.
