fix: integrate endurance completion into daily plan

Summary:

• remove the detached endurance completion card and place completion status inside the endurance exercise in Today plan
• replace the source select and action buttons with responsive radio choices: 未完成, COROS, Apple Watch, 无记录
• save choices immediately, preserve pending feedback, and restore the authoritative value after an error

Validation:

• npm run release-check
• focused TodayPage component tests and web typecheck
• local browser QA at desktop and approximately 388 CSS px mobile width, including a successful COROS state change
